David Morrison Crawley

David Morrison Crawley, 59, of Arden, passed away March 11, 2017 at Mission Hospital St. Joseph Campus in Asheville.

Mr. Crawley proudly served in the United States Air Force Security Forces. He was a dedicated employee for over 30 years as a biomedical technologist for St. Joseph. He enjoyed golfing and bowling. He also enjoyed listening to music and eating spicy foods. He was a friend to everyone.

Preceding Mr. Crawley in death is his father, Robert Lynn Crawley.

Survivors include his wife, Vicki Styles Crawley; daughter, Christina; son, Josh and his wife, Kirsten; step-son, Josh Ogle and his wife, Ashley; mother, Nancy Crawley; brother, John; sister, Rebecca and her husband Rick; and granddaughters, Grace and Jasmine.

A memorial service with Military Honors will be held Friday March 17 at 12:00 PM at Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain with Pastor Randy Stone officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cancer Care of WNC at PO Box 695, Asheville, NC 28802.
