Hilda Ruth Davis, 77, of Leicester, passed away March 31, 2017 at Asheville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Asheville.
Born May 16, 1939, Hilda was a daughter of the late Mack George Davis and Mary Robinson Davis. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Myrtle Davis and Catherine Plemmons.
Ms. Davis loved to learn and read books.
Survivors include a nephew, Roger Plemmons, and numerous cousins.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, April 9 at Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Leicester.
