Cynthia High Hollar, 63, of Asheville, NC, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. She was born on November 5, 1954 in SC to the late Mr. High and Pearl Eileen High. Cynthia worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant doing in-home health care. She is survived by her daughter, Brandy Scruggs of Moore, SC.
