Gary Wayne Patterson Sr., 64, of Nebo, NC, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Mission Hospital in Asheville. He was born on July 30, 1953 in Guilford County, NC to the late Sanford and Peggy Patterson. He served in the United States Army and also worked as a dairy farmer. Gary is survived by his son, Gary W. Patterson Jr. and his daughter, Terrie Marable of Aiken, SC.
