Gregg Alan Stepp

Gregg Alan Stepp, 40, of Fletcher, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at home with his mother by his side. He was preceded in death by his father Jack Stepp, his special grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Don Livingston, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Stepp, and several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his mother Millie Stepp, his uncle David Livingston of Fletcher, his aunt and uncle Mr. and Mrs. Charles Elingburg of Arden, and several cousins. Gregg graduated in 1994 from T. C. Roberson High School. He graduated from University of North Carolina at Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. He was previously employed at Memorial Mission Hospital as a Sleep Technician. He enjoyed working with computers and anything technical. He had a special love for animals and enjoyed and loved friends and family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4 2017 at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Mills River. The visitation will be at 1:00 P.M. followed by the service at 2:00 P.M. The Rev. Robert Ponder and Rev. Roy Waldroup will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in remembrance of Gregg to Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, 56 Mt. Gilead Church Road, Mills River, NC 28759.
