What a person, what a knowledgeable man, what a friend. My 1951 Chieftain Deluxe convertible which I got from Joe back around 1990 will be forever in my family with Joe's information and memory of it's history. Zelda and Wanda you will always be in my mind and in my prayers. As you know I am scared to death of the mountains to the fact when I bought the car, I would not drive up the mountain to get it; Joe drove it to Morganton where I picked it up. I finally got the nerve to go up the mountain last year to visit Joe and would not give anything for that afternoon visit. with him, Zelda and Wanda. Good people are never forgotten.
