Peggy Ann Arrington

     Peggy Ann Arrington, 69, of Swannanoa, NC, passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at her residence. She was born on June 3, 1949 in Greenville, SC to the late Kathleen Alma Parker. Peggy worked as a nursing assistant and was a member of Black Mountain Church of God. Along with her mother, she was predeceased by her brother, Mac Casey. Peggy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Walter Grady Arrington Jr.; her sons, Grady Arrington Jr., Danny Grant, and Charles Arrington and his wife, Mary Ann; her daughter, Peggy Ann Arrington; her sister, Pat Parker; her six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
     A celebration of life will be held at 12pm, Friday, August 17, 2018 in the Penland Family Funeral Home Chapel. The family will be receiving friends an hour before the service from 11am-12pm. Officiating will be Randy Gregory, Chris Bradford and Larry Wilson.
