Tommy Eugene Moody

      Tommy Eugene Moody, 39, of Asheville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Born on March 23, 1979 in Greenville, SC to David Childress and Margaret Moody, Tommy worked as a fast food cook in Asheville, NC where he met and married his wife Lynnette Mickey. 
      Along with his wife and parents, Tommy is survived by his half brothers, Stephen Culton, Timmy Childress, Dave Childress, as well as his step children James Turner, and Rose Turner. 
      Tommy will always be remembered for his strong personality and undying love for his family and friends. Tommy, you will be missed, we will see you again someday. 
      A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Penland Family Funeral Home is honored to be caring for Tommy's family.
