Billy

Billy is my special brother,

And like him there’ll never be another.

In my eyes he’s a winner,

He’s always willing to share his dinner.

Tall and slim and good-looking too,

Eyes of piercing lightest blue,

They light up when he smiles at you.

Good and gentle, bold and brave,

Of himself he’s always gave.

At getting things done, he’s really the most,

But he isn’t one that likes to boast.

Going fishing is his greatest fun, and

He goes when his day is done.

At catching fish he’s the best,

And he’d rather fish than get his rest.

When he fishes, he’s oh, so serious,

And you know it’s really curious,

He always manages to get a bite,

And lands his fish after a good fight.

Others get so mad and upset,

When he hauls in the big one in his net.

As you can see, my brother means a lot to me,

Because even when he sailed the seven seas,

He took the time to write to me.

His family with me he’s always shared,

And he always made me think he cared.
