Barbara "Bobby" Mills Obituary

Barbara "Bobby" Ann Lupfer Mills, age 96 ½ , of Black Mountain, NC, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Givens Highland Farms. She was born on May 29, 1924 in Kissimmee, FL to the late Samuel Lincoln Lupfer, Jr. and Corinne Ruby Lupfer. Bobby worked as a school psychologist. Along with her parents, she was also predeceased by her brother, Samuel Lupfer III and a sister, Marell Richardson. Bobby is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Mills Madrazo of Coats, NC and Cindy Mills Griffin of Flagler Beach, FL; her sister, Claire Forrester of Florida; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
There will be no service held. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the caring staff at Givens Highland Farms. They took great care of our mother on Azalea Hall. Penland Family Funeral Home is honored to be caring for the Mills Family and assisting them with arrangements.
