Bradley Del Love

          Bradley Del Love, age 71, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at his residence in Swannanoa. Bradley was born on May 23, 1949 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Owen Stackman Love and Joanne Elizabeth Jenik Love. He  worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. His life long friends knew him as “Gary”. He was the kind of man who enjoyed talking to people and never met a stranger. Bradley enjoyed drinking beer, listening to political talk radio, and watching war movies. Most of all, Bradley was a wonderful and loving father to his daughter and he will be greatly missed.
          Bradley is survived by his loving daughter, Tracy Lynn Love of Asheville; a brother, Tom Love and his wife Ava; two cats, named “Chins” and “Meanie”; and his sweet little grand-dog, “Charlie” who he called “Daddy Day Care” since he often babysat Charlie while his mom was working.
          No services are planned at this time. Penland Family Funeral Home is honored to be caring for the Love Family and assisting them with arrangements.
