Charles Robert Worley

            Charles "Charlie" Robert Worley, age 65, of Leicester, NC, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center in Asheville. He was born on November 5, 1956 in Puerto Rico to Charles Richard Worley and Gail Worley. Charlie was a welder and worked at Appalachian Stove in Asheville and was of the Baptist Faith. He loved to fish and go camping. He thoroughly enjoyed living in the mountains and being outdoors. He was a very friendly man and never met a stranger. He loved to talk, had a wonderful sense of humor and liked to tease his friends.

            Along with his parents, those left behind to cherish Charlie's memory are his brother, Darrell Worley (Angie) of Salisbury, NC; and his nephews, Caleb and Nehemia Worley, both of Salisbury, NC.
