Dean Campbell Obituary

Dean Curtis Campbell, 41, of Star, NC, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.

Born August 9, 1980 in Asheville, NC, he was a son of Michael and Mary Campbell of Asheville, NC. He attended T.C. Roberson High School.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Faye Rice Elkins, Ed William Elkins, and Doris Cline Houston.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Tammy Sue Campbell of Asheville, NC; uncle, Dean W. Elkins and his spouse Shelia of Candler, NC; aunt, Kathy Messer and her spouse, Jim, of Candler, NC; nephew, Michael Lee Campbell of Candler, NC; and cousin, Ashley Sprinkle of Asheville, NC.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
