Ernestine Jarrett Holland, age 70, of Weaverville, NC, passed away on January 19, 2026, at Mission Memorial Hospital in Asheville, NC.

Ernestine was born on November 8, 1955, in Horry County, SC. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Jarrett Sr., and her second husband, Joe Holland.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Chris Edwards, Shane Jarrett, Shannon Jarrett Pate (Scott Pate), and Larry Jarrett Jr. (Jenna Jarrett); grandchildren Justin Edwards, Kaylin Edwards, Elisha Randolph, Jayden Jarrett, Britney Pate, Emily Pate, Keely Jarrett, and Carson Jarrett; and great‑grandchildren Kamryn Edwards, Chloe Cox, Zoey Bryan, Claire Bryan, and Blaire Bryan.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Bolens Creek Baptist Church, 19 Heavenly Way, Burnsville, NC 28714, with Pastor Chris Morgan officiating.
