Harry Eugene Pack

Harry Eugene Pack, 71, of Asheville, NC, passed away on October 12, 2024, at Elevate Health and Rehab in Asheville, NC.

Harry was born in Asheville, NC, to the late James Wilburn Pack and Hattie Marjorie Redmon Pack. He is also preceded in death by his sisters Patsy Paige and Lillian Lawrence and brother Rickie Pack. Harry worked for Buncombe County Garage and loved cars and racing.

Harry is survived by his daughter, Sharon Pack, of Asheville, NC; sisters Mary Joyce Pack Hill of Etowah, NC, Louise Metcalf of Asheville, NC, Barbara Holcombe of Shallotte, NC, and Judy Merchant of Horseshoe, NC; brothers Allan Pack of Weaverville, NC, James Pack of Asheville, and Lee Pack of Weaverville, NC; and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law. 

A memorial service will be held at noon on Friday, October 25, 2024, in the Penland Family Funeral Home chapel in Swannanoa, NC, with Pastor Kenneth Pack and Reverend Jason Bartlett officiating.
