Ida Anne (Bushee) Anderson

          Ida Anne Bushee Anderson, age 86, of Waynesville, NC, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020, at her residence. Mrs. Anderson was born on July 15, 1934 in Haywood Co., NC to the late Jesse George Bushee and Nyda Bessie Miller Bushee. Ida worked for forty years as an Executive Secretary for IBM in New York, New York before she retired. She also owned a yarn shop on Main Street in Waynesville for many years. Ida was a very loving and caring person who would help anyone who needed her. She was a very thoughtful and giving lady. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. Most of all, she loved her family and adored her granddaughter, Login, and her great-grandchildren.
          In addition to her parents, Ida was preceded in death by her husband, John Anderson; a daughter, Lorie Anderson; a brother, Henry Bushee; and a sister, Helen Bushee. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her granddaughter, Login Anderson, of Waynesville; two great-grandsons, Benjamin and Ian Anderson; and two great-granddaughters, Aubrielle Anderson and Angelina Campbell.
