James Mitchell Randall

          James Mitchell Randall, age 64, of Fairview, NC went to be with the Lord February 6,  2021. He was born on August 25, 1956 to the late Lee and Clarice Randall.  James cherished his two daughters, Malinda Randall Sanders and Jessica Leigh Randall; along with his precious grandchildren Colton Sanders, Avery Sanders, Ian Sanders and Braxton Centola. James was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and resided in Fairview. He enjoyed fishing and being with family. He always enjoyed working and doing projects around the home and with friends. He worked at Volvo Construction 20 years and most recently at Fairview Door Sales in Fairview.  He was preceded in death by his loving parents Lee and Clarice Randall, his daughter, Jessica Leigh Randall and his sister, Hazel Jean Randall.  James is survived by his daughter, Malinda Randall Sanders; four grandchildren; and his sisters, Margaret McBrayer, Martha McTaggart (Jerry), and Wilma Fite (Johnny).
          Due to Covid restrictions the family is requesting a private service with burial at Cane Creek Cemetery. Flowers can be sent to Penland’s Funeral Home in Swannanoa, NC. Penland Family Funeral Home is honored to be caring for the Randall Family and assisting them with arrangements.
