James "Jimmy" Dennis Rogers

James “Jimmy” Dennis Rogers, 75, of Swannanoa, NC passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.

Born May 23, 1949 in Buncombe County, NC, he was the son of the late Doyce and Christine Rogers. He was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church.

 In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Judith Minor. Surviving are many cousins and his brother-in-law.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Candler, NC, with Rev. Tim Hyatt officiating.
