John Calvin Burrell

John Calvin Burrell, 33, of Asheville, NC passed away suddenly on Monday, January 3, 2022. Born September 18, 1988, in Asheville, he was a son of David Anthony Burrell of Bethel, NC and Catherine Denise Burrell of Forest City, NC. John was of Christian faith and enjoyed being in nature. He was very creative and possessed talented engineering skills. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Jennifer McElreath and her spouse, Jeremy Rector, of Asheville, NC, Jessica Brown and her spouse, Nicholas, of Swannanoa, NC, Jeremiah Burrell and his spouse, Shelby, of Forest City, NC, Christian Burrell of Bethel, NC, and Addison Padgett of Forest City, NC; great-grandmother, Lauretta Adams of Asheville, NC, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Union Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Leicester, NC with Rev. Randy Burrell officiating.
