Kenneth Robert Gentile, Jr.

The world has lost a light. Kenneth Robert Gentile, Jr. died March 24, 2021, at his home in Buncombe County, NC, due to heart failure. 

He was preceded by his Mother, Lana Gail Gentile.

He leaves behind his father, Kenneth Robert Gentile, Sr., sister, Michelle Denise Ballard and her husband, Alan Eugene Ballard, nephews Zachariah Thomas Ballard and Nathaniel Kenneth Ballard, brother, Christopher Robin Gentile and his wife, Vanessa Gail Gentile, nieces, Kyrah Mikayla Gentile and Eliza Gail Gentile and nephew, Nicola Khan Longabaugh Gentile, and his beloved mate of over 20 years, Rebecca Ledford.

Kenn loved all kinds of games, science fiction, comics, fantasy, horror, westerns, comedies, music, reading and movies and good conversation.  He was an author, an artist, a GM, a collector and an outstanding mate.  He was quick to laugh, generous, and supportive.  He mostly worked in retail and customer service, but enjoyed entertainment related retail best.  He was strong and tough and survived much more than anyone could expect. His loss is deeply felt by all those who loved him.
