Louise Elizabeth (Norton) Chapman

            Louise Elizabeth Norton Chapman, age 77, of Asheville, NC, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was born on August 25, 1943 in Asheville, NC to the late Coleman G. Norton, who passed away in 1968, and Bertha Mae Waldrop Norton, who passed away in 1999. Louise graduated from Blanton's Business College in Asheville, NC and retired from the N.C. State Highway Patrol.

            Along with her loving parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Chapman, Sr. Those left behind to cherish Louise's memory are her two sons, Charles Wright of Asheville, NC, and Frank Ammons of Austin, TX.

            A memorial service may be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to ABCCM Donations at: ABCCM Donation Center, 24 Cumberland Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801.
