Mary Carmelita Trammell

Mary Carmelita Trammell, age 67, of Swannanoa, NC passed away at Swannanoa Valley Health and Rehab on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Mary was born to the late Oral Ottis Trammell and Frances Ann Buescher Trammell in Galesburg, IL on November 1, 1956. In addition to her parents she also preceded in death by her brother Timothy Michael Trammell and sister Frances Ann Trammell Wooten.

She was of Catholic faith. Mary previously lived in New Mexico and Tulsa, OK. She loved her family and especially her cat Welcome. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her nieces, Emily Goss of Broken Arrow, OK and Nicolette Murphy of Moore, OK; her foster child Rusty; and dear friend Mary Hansen.

Mary will be laid to rest with her mother and father at Floral Haven Memorial Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK at a later time.
