Phillip Clifton Chapman

Phillip Clifton Chapman, age 54, of Swannanoa, North Carolina, passed away on June 7, 2024. A native of Buncombe County, born December 10, 1969 to the late Georgia Robinson Chapman and Clarence Clifton “Cliff” Chapman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Saundra Blevins. Phillip was a long-haul truck driver for several companies and had driven from coast to coast.

He is survived by daughters, Jessica Hernandez-Medina (Manuel) and Josie Ballew; grandchildren, Julian and Adeline Mendina; sisters, Angie (Gerald), Jo Ann (Gary), and Katie; a nephew and many nieces.

Per Mr. Chapman’s wishes, there will be no services.

His cremains will be placed in Mtn. View Memorial Park for anyone who would like to visit.
