Robert Eli Taylor

            Robert Eli Taylor, age 55, of Asheville, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 in Asheville. Robert was born on July 27, 1966, in Buncombe County to Richard and Geri Taylor. He was a kind hearted and loving person who enjoyed being outdoors and going camping. Robert loved animals, his friends and family and especially his nieces and nephews.

            Those left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Richard and Geri Taylor, of Asheville; his sister, Denise (Greg) Westmoreland of Marshall, NC; Stacy Chapman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

            A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Penland Family Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Tim Worthington. Penland Family Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the Taylor family with arrangements.
