Ronald & Patsy Paige

Ronald Horace Paige and Patsy Ann Pack Paige went home to be with their Lord on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. 

Ronald was born October 6, 1943 in Greenwood, SC, he was a son of the late Horace and Mary Paige.  He was a graduate of A.C. Reynolds High School and proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. 

Patsy Ann Pack Paige was born November 30, 1948 in Asheville, NC, she was a daughter of the late James and Hattie Pack.  She was a graduate of Lee Edwards High School. She retired from Kearfott in Black Mountain, NC. 

They fell in love and were married on May 5, 1968.  They owned the West Asheville Cleaners for many years and were members of Trinity Baptist Church in Asheville. 

Of their many joys in life, spending time spoiling their grandchildren was their favorite.

 In addition to their parents, they are preceded in death by a daughter, Cathenia R. Paige, and Patsy's siblings, Lillian Lawrence and Ricky Pack. 

Surviving are their daughters, Tammy Hensley and her spouse, Brent, of Fletcher, NC, and Ashley Ingle and her spouse, Andy, of Mills River, NC; grandchildren, Brady and Riley Robinson, and Drew and Gage Ingle; Ronald's siblings, Mickey Paige of Statesville, NC, Ann Paige of Asheville, NC, Barbara Barbour of Oteen, NC, and Harry Paige and his spouse, Becky, of Leland, NC; Patsy's siblings, Lee Pack and his spouse, Judy, of Weaverville, NC, Barbara Holcombe and her spouse, Ted, of Shoallotte, NC, Louise Metcalf of Asheville, NC, Mary Hill and her spouse, Ronnie, of Etowah, NC, James Pack and his spouse, Bernie, of Asheville, NC, Harry Pack of Asheville, NC, Allen Pack and his spouse, Carolyn, of Weaverville, NC, and Judy Merchant and her spouse, David, of Horse Shoe, NC; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church of Asheville, 216 Shelburne Road, Asheville, NC 28806 with Rev Dr.. Ralph Sexton and Rev. Allen Rash officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service from 2pm to 3pm.

 A private burial will be held at the Western Carolina State Veteran's Cemetery.
