Sandra "Sandy" Bailey (Spell) Wagner

Sandra "Sandy" Wagner, age 80 of Asheville passed away peacefully on February 6, 2024.

Sandy was born April 27, 1943 in High Point, NC to the late Napoleon Spell and Margaret Thelma Bailey Spell.

Sandy had a passion for nature, gardening, fresh foods and dance. She liked to read and enjoyed the music of Neil Diamond. She loved being a Mom, and having studied Nursing, worked as a private Caretaker.

Along with her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her two sisters, Linda Kennedy and Brenda Tilson; her former husband David Jon Wagner; and her son David Jon Wagner, Jr.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Becky Wagner and Kathy Wagner; one son, Chris Wagner and his partner Jenna Beasley.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
